Refund and Returns Policy

KP Firebowls — Refund & Damage Policy

Effective Date: January 1. 2025

At KP Firebowls, each firebowl is carefully crafted and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in cases where damage occurs during shipping.

No Returns

KP Firebowls does not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect measurements or ordering errors
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery, installation, or use

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged due to shipping.

Shipping Damage Claims (Only Eligible Exception)

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

To process a damage claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the original packaging, including exterior and interior materials
  • Your order number and delivery details

Claims submitted without photos of both the damaged product and the original packaging may be denied.

Resolution for Approved Claims

Once reviewed and approved, KP Firebowls will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the damaged item or part
  • Issue a refund for the damaged portion of the order

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products that have been installed or used prior to reporting damage may not be eligible.
  • KP Firebowls is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, installation, or storage after delivery.

How to Submit a Damage Claim

Please email orders@kpfirebowls.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the original packaging
